Initial Evaluation
A comprehensive 60-minute intake session to understand your history, goals, and begin to develop a personalized care plan.
$175 / session
$135 / session
Individual Session
50-minute one-on-one sessions focused on your personal growth and goals.
Fees
Fees, including copayment, deductible, coinsurance, and session rates are due at the time of your session. Payment methods accepted are cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. While keeping a credit card on file is not required, you are welcome to keep a card on file that will be securely stored in a HIPAA-compliant and PCI-compliant electronic health record system, and will be billed following your session.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee
No-Show Appointments: $50 fee

Please be prepared to pay your copay, co-insurance rate, or deductible at each appointment. Please contact your insurance provider prior to our first appointment to determine the type of plan you have and patient fee responsibility, including your out-of-network coverage benefits, so that you are aware of the charges you may be responsible for.

- “Out-of-network” means this practice does not bill your insurance company directly for services. Instead, you will receive an invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
