Initial Evaluation
A comprehensive 60-minute intake session to understand your history, goals, and begin to develop a personalized care plan.
$175 / session
$135 / session
Individual Session
50-minute one-on-one sessions focused on your personal growth and goals.
$200 / session
Couples Session
50-minute sessions with two clients and the therapist where partners work together to improve communication, understand patterns, and navigate challenges in their relationship.

Self-pay means that you will not be utilizing insurance to pay for your sessions and that you will pay out of pocket. Payment is due at time of service.
Fees, including copayment, deductible, coinsurance, and session rates are due at the time of your session. Payment methods accepted are cash, all major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. While keeping a credit card on file is not required, you are welcome to keep a card on file that will be securely stored in a HIPAA-compliant and PCI-compliant electronic health record system, and will be billed following your session.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee
No-Show Appointments: $50 fee

- “Out-of-network” means this practice does not bill your insurance company directly for services. Instead, you will receive an invoice (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company or benefits coordinator to learn about your out-of-network coverage, policies, and reimbursement procedures.
